The tennis centre in the Malšovice district of Hradec Králové combines a hall with three courts, seven outdoor courts and a building housing supporting facilities. Its L-shaped arrangement defines the outdoor sports area and creates a visual and acoustic screen towards the neighbouring homes.

The facilities bring together changing rooms, club spaces, a gym, a restaurant and hotel accommodation. Rooms with balconies and terraces connect with the adjacent woodland park. The building volumes and materials respond to both the nearby forest and surrounding houses; pedestrian and cycle links integrate the complex into the recreational area along Hradečnice.
